All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase.

We currently ship to the following countries: Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Italy, France, Sweden, and Norway. Availability may be adjusted from time to time based on carrier and customs requirements for fragrance products.

Because our products are fragrance decants containing alcohol, they are subject to transport regulations for flammable liquids. We package every order with leak-proof protection and follow carrier guidelines to ensure safe delivery. As a result, delivery times may occasionally be longer than for standard parcels.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once a package has left our hands, but we're happy to help track down a lost or delayed shipment — just contact us.

If a country becomes temporarily unavailable for shipping due to carrier restrictions, we will note this at checkout before you complete your purchase.
